I lived my life like a ballerina in a music box, only coming alive when its master wanted it to dance.

I twirled.

I spun.

Did every little thing so I could survive.

Then one day, he saved me.

 

Nico Dos Santos was an enigma.

A businessman with questionable dealings.

 

I was a broken bird, and he turned me into a swan.

 

He made me prima ballerina in a macabre act called Danza dei Morti.

I was said to be death with the face of an angel.

 

Even though this dance was killing me softly, for him, I would give it all.

This was my swan song.
